THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute junk. It's so terrible, it makes me want to throw up. I've tried it a million occasions, and it still fails miserably. The construction is cheap, and the design are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being ashamed. I'm so disappointed that I imagined I'd bought something decent instead.
